We currently deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

 Order Processing 

* Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 Delivery Time 

Estimated delivery time is:

* Major Cities: 2–4 business days
* Other Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

 Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

 Cash on Delivery (COD) 

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make the payment.

 Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details to help you follow your parcel until it reaches you.

 Delivery Attempts 

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unresponsive customer, the parcel may be returned to us.

 Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing your order. Mr Ginseng is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
